FORCE 50 WORKOUTS

The Force 50 program is structured program developed to accommodate people looking for a challenging workout either at their own home or at a local park.   It features less equipment to use and usually features 30 to 45 minute workouts, making it more ideal for online video call sessions.  Please see the Force 50 link in the menu.

ABOUT JOHN

John Destacamento, an Ultra Master Personal Trainer with training experience exceeding over 33,000 hourly sessions. At age 53 John remains an active TRI-STRENGTH Athlete (Competes in three strength sports) He is an active Masters Physique Competitor in both the NPC and INBA Natural League. Since 2009 his team of physique athletes have won over 53 trophies. John is an active Powerlifter holding (previously) California State Records in the Deadlift and Bench Press under the USAPL Organization. His third strength expertise is with Weightlifting where he has reached national level and competed at the 2018 Masters Pan Am in Quebec, Canada and 2019 Masters World Cup where he finished with a Bronze Medal. John has many fitness certifications: USA Weightlifting Club Director (Sunnyvale Health & Fitness), USA Weightlifting Athlete Development Model, SafeSport and USADA Anti-Doping Certifications.  ADM (Athletic Development Model), USA Powerlifting Club Coach, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, WITS Certification Educator/Certified Trainer. Previously certifications include ACE Personal Trainer.
