30 MINUTE LIVE SESSION - This is an in-person or video call session. This meet gives the coach the opportunity to visually see how a client performs. Coach observes kinetic check points during every exercise. Corrections are made and some movements may need modification. This is why clients shouldn`t just rely on watching videos and expect to follow a workout list.
15 MINUTE WEEKLY CONSULTATION -This is a scheduled phone call or optional video session. Many clients have better consistency with the program when there is an appointment to hold them accountable. This can be referred as a Accountability Check-In. This meeting is to gather client feedback and to make any necessary adjustments to the upcoming workout. This time can be utilized to discuss fitness topics or learn how to use features of the EfitX app. Furthermore, it designates undivided attention between client and coach. Any responses less than 12 hours before the session begins is considered late and the session remains unconfirmed.

The scheduled session may still be serviced, however the scheduled time slot is no longer reserved and coach can schedule a different client or make other plans if they wish to. Clients may need to contact coach to make new arrangements. Under the EfitX policy coaches cannot charge a client for unconfirmed sessions. But when many session continue to go un-confirmed due to lack of responses, the coach may place the client`s program on hold status. In other words, your fitness program is on a break.
CONFIRMED SESSION
Confirmed sessions are reservations which are subject to a 50% session charge if cancelled within less than 12 hours prior to regular scheduled time.
