Some apps help you track your workouts, some help with nutrition, but EfitX featuring EfitBot can do a whole lot more. By monitoring your exercise activity and lifestyle, EfitBot determines your break-even caloric expenditure and adjusts intake recommendations so you’ll keep progressing. The application also distinguishes whether you are performing strength workouts or endurance workouts.
How to use Challenge Plan.
INTRODUCING THE CHALLENGE PLAN MODULE
EfitX Settings and Challenge Plan Screen
HOW MANY CALORIES SHOULD I EAT TODAY?
If your goal is fat loss, EfitBot will calculate a gradual deficit for your caloric intake. If you want to gain muscle, it will automatically suggests an increase in calories. This is automatic when you adjust your setting levels. Make your plan simple and just focus on managing daily calories at first. Thereafter, you can focus on formulating macronutrients such as carbs, protein and fat.
HOW MUCH CARDIO SHOULD I DO THIS WEEK?
You’ll get a display of the total amount of calories to expend for the week. Put more focus on meeting caloric expenditure goals rather than a duration of each cardio session. By keeping your heart rate within your target zone, EfitBot can easily estimate your expenditure even without the use of a heart rate monitor.
HOW MUCH EFFORT IN WEIGHT TRAINING?
Yes, I said effort and most of all, what type of effort. This is where longer workouts do not necessarily mean more effective. Lifting heavier amounts for 30 minutes can easily produce better results versus workouts of 60 minutes with lighter weights. This is because measuring workout volume is not just a simple math equation.
EfitBot proprietary formulas calculate both Strength Volume and Endurance Volume separately, so it automatically understand which workouts were more effective on delivering afterburn caloric expenditure. If your goal is fat loss or endurance, you’ll notice the suggestion will be to produce higher overall total volume. On the other hand, if your goal is to gain muscle, you will notice EfitBot suggests producing higher Strength Volume as this becomes the primary focus with less care or emphasis on the total volume.
ADJUST YOUR LEVELS REGULARLY!
Perhaps with assistance from a qualified EfitX coach, you can fine tune each category to optimize a program that works best for you. When a plateau is noticeable, simply slide the controllers gradually to the right accordingly or mix-match your settings to accommodate change-ups.
HANG TIGHT, THERE’S MORE TO COME!
Eventually EfitX users will be able to input their statistics and see analytical displays of their progress. Also, more configurations may be integrated such as macronutrients and measurements of exercise quality. We plan to add exclusive tips to assist users on how to meet your goals.
